Euclid's Holding Ltd. was founded in 1987 in Scarborough, Ontario. What began as Jim's Brother Trading Co., a wholesale food distributor led by founder Godwin Jim, has grown into a group of companies spanning wholesale distribution, foodservice supply, cold storage and logistics.
Over three decades we've invested in the things that matter to our customers: modern database-driven warehouse and distribution systems, our own temperature-controlled storage, and a team that knows our customers by name.

Jim's Brother Trading is founded
Godwin Jim opens a wholesale food business in Scarborough, supplying restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets across the GTA.
Dolson Marketing
The group expands into directly importing food brands and ingredients from South-East Asia.
Ng Trading Wholesale
Founded by Charles Ng, adding meat, vegetables and seafood with inter-city delivery across Southern Ontario.
Scarborough Cold Storage
Over 500,000 cubic feet of temperature-controlled and dry storage opens.
